The First Outfit

Why, hello there! I'm Elisha, an undeniably avid female blogger from the land of bowler hats and tea, or as it's more commonly known - England. I enjoy reading, fashion, lana del rey, the arctic monkeys, lady gaga, natalia kills, arcade fire & the black keys. I love floral hair crowns, having rings on my fingers, and colour on my nails.  I love wearing anything from creepers and spikes, to floral prints and lace.  Anyway, enough about me, a little more fashion, agreed?

I suppose this is more of an OOTD than an outfit I've just planned out in my head, as I'm sat wearing exactly what you're about to see. I hope you enjoy!

Firstly, I'm wearing this super relaxed kimono. It's super oversized, silky, and perfect for summer, and it is undeniably oversized to max.

you can find this beautifully boho kimono from Primark, for a reasonable £15.

Available from the fabulous H&M for a tiny £12.99, this black maxi is a summer staple. Soft, floaty and comfortable, it feels barely there and skims your skin lightly, whilst being the perfect beach cover up, that is both versatile & an essential. Go from beach cover up to formal night out by adding a formal top on top of this beautifully simple skirt.

I'm also wearing this loose slub top, in a cherry ish red. Although it looks like the completely wrong red for the kimono, the lighting in my room is super off, so I can honestly assure you; they match. Trust me. Available from next from £12-£14 (depending on your size), these slub tops are super on trend for summer. I wear this tucked in casually into my maxi, with the back hanging out loosely.

And of course, I wouldn't be undeniably british if I wasn't wearing a bowler hat... Which obviously means that I'm wearing a bowler hat *guilty face*

This simple black bowler is also from H&M for £7.99, made of wool, yet perfect for summer, an odd combo, I realise. Curl the ends of your hair into loose waves, or leave your hair in your natural style, tip the hat back like a beanie for a more casual look, if you're trying to get away from the traditionally british vibe (although I'm british, I feel the same!)

And lastly, what would an outfit be without a few bracelets? Pair this 10 pack of false pearl bracelets with some earthy boho bracelets for a more summery casual look.

I hope you've enjoyed my first post on this blog, the first of many to come, I can assure you! :')
